Here is mine:
Michigan vs OSU in 2006 - Win that game and we play for the national title and OSU doesn't. Maybe we even win. Lloyd probably rides off into the sunset that year and leaves a stronger cupboard for the next guy. Maybe he stays another year but the transition goes smoother. Either way, we likely avoid the RichRod/Brady Hoke disaster

Michigan vs OSU 2001 - Letting Tressel get off to that start was a disaster in hindsight.
Michigan vs. App State in 2007 - No explanation necessary, but this is also why we ended up with RR and Hoke.
