He's been emerging as our best pass rushing threat from the LB spot and MSU's OL has struggled. Wino will get a lot of attention. Assuming that Gary is out/limited, they'll run away from Chase and toward Paye, but I don't see that working. They're going to have to throw it 40+ times. Paye and Wino will get an OL and help, so another pass rusher is in for a big day. Could be Khaleke, but I'll bet on Uche.
