I know that it is not the most opportune time to talk recruiting with the program in sort of a state of flux, but I want to mention a kid who Michigan should start recruiting immediately. Still a sleeper but area schools are just starting to wake up on him. His name is Nyckoles Harbor. and he is a 6-5, 220 WR/DE/OLB at Washington Archbishop Carroll High in D.C. DC schools are not playing football until the spring and as a freshman he saw limited varsity action but took his one reception for a 53-yard score.
What stands out about him is his combination of size and speed. A lot of 6-5, 220 kids out there. Not so many that play WR. And very few, if any, who are running a confirmed fully automated 10.65 100 meters before starting their sophomore year. He also has outstanding times in the 60 meters and 200 meters and is one of the nation's top young sprinters. Maryland, Temple and Boston College have just offered and I think he will blow up once he puts the pads on, if not sooner. Gattis loves elite track sprinters as receivers. But few are 6-5, 220 as high school sophomores. Plus the kid has a 4.0 GPA. Michigan should pursue asap.!!!
