Both are fine coaches in very different sports. Wasn't that long ago that some were calling for Beilein's head. Game had passed him by, wasn't recruiting elite players. Now he's the model who Harbaugh should follow. One thing that is a valid takeaway is, when you have a good coach with integrity, to be patient.
