Still Glitching - Skips to bottom of thread

Even in brand new threads it auto jumps me to the bottom. Sometimes it like the 3rd post from the bottom. I get in threads that I have read before it jumps me to last read...but as an example I just opened the thread from Matt "best player in the big 10" and I get about 4 words into reading first post and it jumps me all the way down.

I use Chrome on pc and safari on iphone.

Is there a setting I am missing? Still a bug that hasn't been worked out? Love the new format, but this is really becoming an annoyance.
