Stafford related - how do you rate the quarterbacks

The intended question was 'what teams would swap quarterbacks with Detroit for this season only' (so Brady being at the end of his career would not be a factor). I ended up with groups, but my question is still 'who would you rather have for this season'

Awful QB (10) - Stafford clearly better
Minn - Bradford
Chi - Glennon
SF - Hoyer
LARams - Goff
NYJ - McCown
Miami - Cutler/Tannehill (does is matter?)
Buffalo - Taylor
Cleveland - Kizer
Jax - Bortles
Denver - Siemian

Young - more potential than reality (6) - prefer Stafford

Dal - Prescott
Phi - Wentz
TB - Winston
Hous - Watson
Tenn - Mariotta
Oak - Carr (does he belong here?)

Old - almost done (4) - I think Stafford is better now

NYG - Manning
Ariz - Palmer
Ptts - Roeth
LaC - Rivers

Meh - never really that good (4) - prefer Stafford

Wash - Cousins
Balt - Flacco
Cin - Dalton
KC - Smith

Meh+ (3) - I like these guys more than Stafford, but not a clear difference

Car - Newton
Seattle - Wilson
Ind - Luck

Real Deal (4) - definitely prefer over Stafford for 2017

NE - Brady
GB - Rodgers
Atl - Ryan
NO - Brees

So Stafford is maybe a top 5, clearly top 10 QB unless you really love the potential of some of the young 6 above.
