I'm not sure if there is anyone outside of @bluego1 from the area so I'm counting on you buddy, but am curious about residency over in the area and the nicer areas - or more importantly - places to not get tied up into.
It's looking like my wife could be getting a promotion and we will need to relocate for at least for a few years.
She'll be working in the River Park Square area and am hoping the traffic won't be as nuts over there as it is here in the greater Seattle area. Commute times of 30 mins aren't any issue.
