I don't. Based on his performance as a sophomore and his size, he had a much higher ceiling. He came in with good, not superstar talent.
He regressed. Plain and simple. I would say he didn't develop as hoped but what qb has in the last 3 years.
A 3rd team all conference player as a sophomore does not convey "career back up" in any way, shape or form.
I look forward to having a ready made star take over. We won't have to worry about development

He definitely was better than slightly above average at his best. I'm not sure if he regressed or if the young WR's & OL were the issue.
It's probably best for him, because with the QBs we have now he will not win the starting job.
