OK, cheap shot, and really TIC - think the truth is Speight does not have in innate sense of touch. Last year every long throw was under thrown, this year he most often over throws. An unfair comparison, but after watching Speight I watched every down of OSU/OU as Mayfield delivered the ball in catchable position on almost every throw, despite the fact he rarely had time to set up. JT Barrett, on the other hand, looked like Speight - makes a number of throws, but does not display great accuracy.
