Sounding like we could get some very good news via flips and silent commits

Sure looks like Harbaugh and staff are going the Stanford route and 'upgrading' any prior commitment. I hope these kids are being treated fairly although they don't necessarily do the same with their commitments. I would love to hear an explanation from Harbaugh on this recruiting strategy.

UM seems to be going for some high level dline guys and now Weaver may be grey shirted or leave? I just want to know how this things works when the kid commits. Does he understand it is a fluid commit if you don't sign early? Just explain this to me.

Until the letter of intent is signed, nothing is binding. Just because a recruit "commits" doesn't mean the school has to give him a scholarship. That happens when the LOI comes in.
