Looks like they are going with those 5 at OL and hoping they gel. Second half was much better. Runyan, to me, still looks like he is having difficulties in figuring out who to block and it makes him very tentative at times.
Patterson is better than I expected, he hits some very difficult throws. His mobility
I expected more from the TEs, they need to pick it up. Some nice playes but there are still too many poor routes, etc. at this point.
RBs. A serviceable group who can do can multi-task, run, catch, block, but I still do not see a pure runner in the group. The recruiting whifs are apparent. Hopefully the kid from Cali sticks.
Defense. Just when we begin to think the safety position is solved...it isn't.
Too much of the middle of the field is still wide open. Don Brown is not at BC anymore where he is playing from behind from a talent perspective. We do not have to sell out all the time on D. I'm also guessing that we are still keeping things in bag right now.
Punt returns, an enigma to me.
We will have a shot in every game as long as Patterson stays healthy.
