others flounder and spend years or decades as an average or below average team (Carr - Rodrigues - Hoke - Harbaugh - ???). We need to state our position VERY soon, like today, and move forward with or without JH. At this point it doesn’t matter so much what we do, we just need to decide and publicize it.
