The fouls killed the rotation in first half but we still grabbed a nice lead.
Did exactly what I expected, came out, played D and grabbed an immediate lead in the 2nd half. So far this year, those games have turned into 20 point wins.
We really made some silly decisions. Poole not touching the ball, CM forcing his way into the offense, Z, not even sure what to say.
The ball movement all night was off. Never from the start was it good like it has been. Was NW doing something we haven’t seen? Not sure. Need MHoops and team to review and decide. Didnt seem like anything more than keeping us out of the lane and we stopped trying because of it.
At the end, Iggy and Poole finally got aggressive and it was the difference.
We seemed to lapse on D as well. Were not in the hip pocket like we have been. Yet, when we needed it, Poole gets on his guy and gets a big stop.
Lots of good tape for JB on this one. Kind of felt like NW wanted just a bit more for a stretch there and it caught us off guard.
