I will come straight out and say that I think James Joseph Harbaugh is the second best coach Michigan has had in my lifetime right next to Bo. I wouldn't even consider firing him. That said everyone agrees we have some issues. So instead of bitching and moaning about them this thread is where you post your solutions to the problems you have seen. Mine are below.
These were posted in another thread as well but I thought that the idea of solutions to the problem merited it's own thread. What are yours?
1. Fire Drevno
2. Decide how you want to play O - hire the best coach available for that
3. Demote your kid to analyst. Nepotism is no excuse for lookout blocking
4. Try to find a grad transfer QB to add competition next year
5. Play Peters some this year, you need to know what you’ve got
6. Decide on a blocking scheme and teach it and only it.
7. Stop lying to the fans or “polishing the turd”. Own it, be honest.
8. Set some support staff exclusively to scout us. Know who you are.
