Obviously next year starts with Meghan. She is a stud.
Blanco was our No 2 pitcher and she graduated.
Freshman Sarah Schaefer pitched pretty will in limited innings. She had a 1.57 era in 62 ip and hopefully she can step up and be a solid No 2 pitcher and give Megham some rest. She pitched 217 innings this year.
Incoming Freshman Alex Storako will also be given a opportunity.
The hitting obviously needs to improve next year.
We lose Blanco and Faulk who hit 11 and 7 hr's between them.
4 out 5 top batting average hitters return in Canfield, Uden, Alexander and Peters.
Players like Lou Allen, Haley Hoogenraad and Natalia Rodriguez need step up next year.
We also have very good recruiting classes coming in for the 18 and 19 seasons.
