The horrible loss to NJIT or the win vs. Coppin St.. Both were suppose to be bad. Definitely winnable if we are who we are. Do we keep stored away that NJIT game which looked like a HS team playing or the Coppin State game were we had control, shot well and had an inside force ? "74

I still believe in this team. I think this has been an 'issue' of some

coaching mistakes and player underperformance.

I think Donnal is starting to find his groove. I think he is going to be playing much more. I did notice guards were finding him going/cutting to the basket and along with his perimeter game...will give UM a viable #4 offensively.

Chatman will be relied on less offense but contributions with rebounding and cutting to the glass for easy hoops.

Walton is going to get healthy. Irvin is learning and hopefully altering his shot selection. Doyle will continue to impve.

JB and staff looked to have addressed some issues (Yes...it's Coppin State) but I expect to see a reinvigorated team going forward. This team hasn't quit and it looked 'feisty' and expect this team to finish .500 in BT play.

I am not giving up.

You are right. I read your post wrong. That being said...I am

not interested in rehashing some losses. I think neither one of these games mean anything for the Big Ten season although I think seeing Donnal start to contribute may be the impetus to get this team going.

Agree with several of the posters. This looks like a .500 club in the Big Ten, finishing between 6 and 8, but probably missing the NCAAs absent run to the finals in the conference tournament.

A regular season of 16-14 is not going to get the job done for the NCAAs.
