Create a 32 team college football league. That's at least 5 per power 5 league. Play a 12 game schedule and then start the playoffs just like the NFL. Isn't that what everyone wants? Let the other schools fight for whatever scraps are left. B1G teams, Michigan, Penn State, Ohio State, Wisconsin and Nebraska. These schools would leave the NCAA and start their own governing body, pay players so on and so forth. Then we would have a level playing field and know who the best team in college football is.
