1) This Michigan team is different. Previous Michigan teams playing this sluggishly would have lost. See NJIT.
2) Iggy and Teske have made huge contributions in earlier games. Both players were off today but the team still found a way to win.
3) Anyone who thought we would go undefeated in league play experienced a good whiff of reality today. That said, 16-4 or 17-3 in league play is a realistic possibility for this team.
4). Western is not Bronco High in basketball. They have some real strengths and a legit shot at making the NCAA Tournament.
5) Basketball is a game of touch and any team can miss a ton of shots they normally make. See Ohio State’s narrow win over Bucknell today.
6) Eleven straight is eleven straight. Can we make it to 15-0 before hitting the road? Good chance, for sure.
