....do you think could make the jump into the "Power 5" conferences?
Mine:
1 Notre Dame (no brainer)
2 BYU (they are already considered to be equal to a Power 5 opponent for scheduling purposes)
3 Houston (History and most recent success, however not sure they will continue success with new coach)
4 Boise State (last several years of FB success, however not sure their other sports are on the same level as other Power 5 schools?)
5 Cincinnati (I believe they are on the verge of becoming a bigger player in Football; I believe they are expanding their FB stadium???) They also have had some success in basketball over the years)
6 Connecticut (Basketball would be the driver on this one for the most part, however their FB is on the same level as Rutgers (IMO), so you know there's that)
** FYI - why 6 more teams? that would put all 5 Power Conferences at 14 teams each. We all know conferences may become bigger than 14 in the near future, but we gotta start somewhere.
Thoughts?
