Finotti. Don't know anything about him but was thinking we needed an Ohio guy akin to Partridge (NJ) while reading/listening to podcasts about focusing on CA-TX-FL where their ties/relationships existed besides actual talent level in those states. Seems like a great idea to me on the surface.
