I say yes, but won't this just cause the cheaters to learn to cheat harder? Plus I believe you would have Universities bold face lying under oath, which I believe would undermine the NCAA more than it is already. Would be fun to see, but in the end I suspect the southern schools would make a big stink about tax $$ being misused.
