Several hiring notes

Jeff Hecklinski will handle the quarterbacks and serve as pass coordinator at Colorado State; Bruce Tall (remember him and his dominating DL) has been hired at West Virginia in the same position, and former Michigan director of football operations Justin Dickens will join Nick Saban's staff in the same capacity and Terry Malone to Purdue (after a stint with N.O. Saints).

FWIW, Hecklinski is going to Colorado St-Pueblo


that's a D-2 school ---- quite different from D-1 and Mountain West Conference member Colorado State in Fort Collins.


Admittedly Pueblo is a VERY good D-2 school --- they just won the National Title --- but Wow, Michigan to D-2 is a HELL of a step down the coaching ladder. Sure seems like a bit of an indictment re: Hecklinski.
