I still don’t know. I want UT to lose, so I’ll just get that out of the way. That said, whatever your opinion of targeting, that was practically a textbook example. So much so, that ESPN’s rules analyst even said (quickly) that it was targeting. Either get rid of the rule or call it consistently.
