I want to believe that JH is cognizant of the need to improve our offense. I have no doubt that an improving OL, i.e. a line staffed by better, more physically gifted athletes, will help to enable the full implementation of some of the concepts that could not be included this year on offense; it's been indicated that some of the personnel packages that appeared "head-scratching" to many, were, in fact, necessary to compensate for some of the deficiencies created by the physical limitations of the existing OL personnel. The upshot is that we aren't where we need to be, personnel-wise, to fully implement what they want to run.

Question: Does that mean that we too should give the existing offensive coaches another year as-is, or should we hire from the outside as well?
