Four punters were drafted in last year's draft.

That number was kind of an outlier (the long-term average is just under 2 per year). But I'd still expect Allen to get drafted. He and the OSU punter were 1-2 in college last year.

Side tangent .... an above-average punter can really be a very good weapon in the NFL (and college). I think there's quite a bit of variation among NFL punters, but that variation is a bit under-appreciated by NFL execs and coaches (who generally see punters as fungible assets).

NFL FG kickers meanwhile, truly are fungible assets IMO. Outside of Justin Tucker (Baltimore Ravens), I see no difference at all.
