Samsung 49 inch UHD 2016 4K TV Curved Screen

I have a chance to buy this TV, still in the box, at a Wal Mart Super Store. It is on clearance as it is the only one left. Price is $349. Is there any negatives? Seems like it is too good to be true. It has something called a Smart TV that involves Netflix and a host of other sites that offer up movies. We have a Roku but thats it. No other devices.
