I think Gray and Green are better than the results so far would suggest, but I don’t think either can accelerate out of a break the way you’d ideally like your CBs to. Of the corners on the roster, DJ Turner might (or might not) have that and Eamonn Dennis might, too. After that, the cupboard doesn’t appear to be bursting with those kind of guys. So....
Mike Sainristil (for reasons I can’t figure out) looks lethargic at WR. He really looked much more explosive as a prep and I think the ability is still there, but.....
Assuming that Worthy and Dixon stick, he’s up against Bell, CuJo, Wilson, Henning, Jackson and the incoming guys next year. That’s a logjam. Most services projected Sainristil to Corner and IIRC, Don Brown loved him there. Wonder if they move him after the season.
