Their success is totally dependent on the fact that two franchise quarterbacks fell into their laps. Their drunk idiot owner thinks that he has built an organization that is the envy of the league, but the reality is if you strip away the fact that Andrew Luck fell into their lap, you'll see a woefully bad roster.
Take Luck away from that roster, and its just as bad as the dregs of the NFL. No OL, no defensive studs. They traded a 1st round pick for Trent Richardson! Their offseason looks like it was put together by a 12 year old on Madden -- sign a bunch of big name, over the hill skill talent, and do none of the hard work needed to build a champion.
Meanwhile, their obnoxious owner thinks he is entitled to win a Super Bowl because he drafted Luck. He's always looking for the quick fix, so I fully expect him to chase a big name coach. To Irsay, Luck plus a big name coach means he wins the Super Bowl. No other work needed. But the chance that Harbaugh or Cowher would work for that clown is slim to none.
If I'm Luck, I make it clear that I'm leaving in two years.
