Ryan Day's contract...is there basically no buyout?

I don't know the exact terms of this contract but it seems pretty stupid to offer a 5-yr $4.5M/year contract to a guy with no head coaching experience. It would make sense, though, if they can just dump him to the curb at any time. Especially after he starts getting curb stomped by Michigan
