Rivals Access in Europe

I remember this came up awhile back after the EU updated their policies on cookies/privacy and I won't get into why Rivals is the only website on the internet that doesn't comply but I just went 3 weeks without the site and I will be traveling every month to Europe for work so could someone let me know if they have found a way around it?
