Rest well President Carter. 1924-2024. The president and First Lady Roslyn were joined by Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood in my town of Mishawaka, IN where, through Habitat for Humanity, constructed 23 homes for people in need.
Thousands of volunteers joined in the project. President Carter actually referred to our Mayor as his “token Republican.”
