Most of our blown running plays in the second half against Rutgers were a result of Eubanks phantom blocks. Wow he does not block a lick! Sad. Besides that the other thing that popped out was the accuracy of Cade's throws - on the 2 misses by CJ, drop by Giles, and the drop by All (though that would have been a really tough catch) the ball was exactly where it needed to be - high so that our players could go up and get it. It was impressive to see how much of a command he had on offense. Also, Haskins - wow - some of those plays in the 4th quarter and OT, should have been for no gain but he deserves all the credit for making something out of nothing - our OL blocking was mediocre, if not bad and yet Haskins managed to give us a solid running game.
Curious to see what the carry over of this will be against PSU. I would not be surprised if we see a different focus and level of crispness against them - let's hope. Still no chance in hell we beat OSU but would be great to go 4-4 and notch this season up as "growing pains" to build for next year.
