This will be a super tough game. I have the ultimate respect for MSU. They have earned it the last 8 years. I can't stand the Tressel disciple Dantonio but he is a great coach and has been consistent. MSU will not run over the Wolverines this year, however they have an excellent QB and receivers. Their run game is not much better than Nortwestern's. Michigan is on a huge roll right now and will be tough to beat at home. This game will be epic. I said this year that UM will beat either MSU or OSU at home this year.

State will be pumped for this game, no doubt. They always are. But for everyone that talks about how dantonio is great at getting his players up for this game (which he is for sure), you have to realize how well Harbaugh is going to have the team ready for this game and as focused as ever. He has already show that he is fantastic at having a gameplan ready week to week for the team they are playing, and you can bet the players want this game more than ever. And don't think they forgot what dantonio did last year by going for a TD at the end to run the score up. The players have PLENTY of motivation for this game and will be ready.

I am with you SCfan - I can't stand MD - I really dislike him because he is arrogant, unhappy, and just kinda a jerk. However, he is one hell of a coach!!! Potentially the most underpaid coach as well for what he accomplishes year in and year out. I think they will be ready and I can tell you they will throw the ball a lot - they will test our safeties and DBs and our LBs. The biggest weakness we have had this year is on slant routes or routes where the middle is open and Cook is good enough to exploit it. We will be tested. I am more concerned about what we can do on offense though - they have stifled us in years past but I full expect that JH will be prepared. I don't see them holding us to no TDs like they have done in years past. I also think we will have to score about 28 points to win the game. I am optimistic but have no idea what to expect.

Go Blue!
