Regarding Big Ten officiating and UM

I believe I’m a rationale, educated person, thus talking about biases, conspiracies, etc. sounds foolish; however, I’m really starting to think it exists in regards to Big Ten officiating and Michigan. Of course, last year’s OSU game has been discussed but, consider yesterday’s game: what is the point of replay if you’re not going to overturn the incompletion call on Grant Perry? With the talent of our D-Line, how can there not be one holding penalty called against Cincinnati? Also, until yesterday, I had never seen a spot overturned via replay; obviously, there have been poor spots over the years against UM that have not been changed, that were as least as questionable as the spot following Crawford’s catch (adding insult to injury, a spot reversal goes Sparty’s way late in their game). It doesn’t seem to me that Coach is getting all that upset anymore; is he trying a different tactic? Is he resigned to the incompetency/bias? Curious to hear others thoughts or, am I being ridiculous? Thanks.
