This factors only 4 and 5 star rated football recruits. Instead of citing how many there are per 1,000 citizens, I thought it would be more fun to show the results using California as the standard. This shows how many 4 and 5 star recruits a state would produce if they had a population the size as California, while keeping their own states demographics.
