if i remember correctly he grew up an MSU fan. but when he committed to us he said his offensive fit made much more sense over MSU. sounds like a good business decision to me. dont seem to see that too often. prime example is Jackson whos a frosh at MSU this year. finess big guy with a lot of skill. not sure why he picked MSU, he doesnt fit their offense at all
