I know it has been strongly hinted that he sent his letter in but wants to "sign" with all his classmates at NSD in February. Harbaugh mentioned him by name in his podcast, which I believe he could only do if the signing was official. I don't think anyone was concerned about Johnson but I found Harbaugh's comments a confirmation of what we already believed (unless I misunderstand the rules).
