- Play calling was a huge issue for me today. Especially in the red zone. Speight lived off the tight ends in the last game and very little thrown their way today. Are they allowed to run the ball in the RZ, because they didn't act like it.

- Crawford will be passed by the younger guys if he hasn't already (after this game). He seems to be a non-factor on offense and KORs.

- O-Line did not play horribly, just not consistent enough yet.

- To many mental mistakes still being made on both sides of the ball. Cost us at least one TD today.

- I honestly didn't have too much of an issue with Speight today. He tried to run the plays that were being called, the pass behind the LOS plays need to be ripped out of the playbook. They have not worked in 3 games. Speight was not great by any means, but he did not turn the ball over and he did get the ball to some of the guys, but again no place for them to go (bad play calling) Crawford did not help him today.

- I think we saw today why the coaches are keeping DPJ at PR. He is getting there.

- Our defense is lights out. 3pts given up on a TO in their territory, 3pts earned on a nice drive by AF, and TD given up by a bad read/coverage by one DB. AF did miss a FG, but that is why your defense HAS to play every down in the Red Zone! I will take their performance any day!!

- Nordin is the TRUTH.

- the officiating continues to be poor this season. Questionable calls/no calls on both sides of the field. Except for Ben Mason's late hit?!? Reminded me of of a play years ago where an O-Lineman (name on tip of my tongue) comes running from off camera, well after the whistle, and lays out a unsuspecting defender.

Michigan is not a Top Ten team IMO, unless you simply are ranking them based on their defense. However with that said, if the offense can build off this game by continuing to not turn the ball over multiple times a game and clean up the stupid penalties, this team could be a Top Ten team. All we need from Speight is to not make stupid mistakes. Reminds me slightly of the 1997 team, the biggest difference was Griese was a smarter player, hopefully Speight will get there very soon.

- I am curious to see if some one, with more knowledge of the X's and O's of football than me, were to break down the offense play calling vs. bad QB/O-Line play in the red zone to see if it is 50-50 or tilted one way.

- in the end this team is 3-0, however if the offense does not improve dramatically and SOON, they will not be undefeated much longer. Purdue is improved this season. Big test coming!
