And yeah, I could probably Google it but I'm at work and have limited time. So ...

What's the difference between "Passer rating" and "Quarterback Rating"? The reason I ask is because @Drew Hallett's article breaking down the defensive stats mentioned that Michigan's "Passer Rating Allowed" is 90.18. What does that mean? On a scale of what to what? And how does it compare to QBR? I am so confused! LOL

Thanks for any help that you can provide to this History major. (Definitely NOT a mathematician or statistician).
