I for one believe we need to move on from Jay (and that's a popular opinion), but I did get to thinking about something the other day. How much pull does the running backs coach really have during the game? Are they really able to decide who gets to go in and out on each play? I know we get mad at him, but is he really the one making that call during the games? I have no idea, but I find it concerning if we give that much freedom to a position coach.
