Peppers out of the wildcat rather than at tailback.
If you run him at the tailback position at least the safeties have to honor the wr's.
If you run him out of the wildcat then I guess you have another TE? but then the defensive backs don't really have to play the pass and the safeties can come up and be more aggressive.
Love Harbaugh and staff but just curious if someone has an answer because it sure looked like teams shut down that wildcat pretty easily going 11 on 10 blockers whereas in a more conventional running set it would be probably 6 on 6 with a lot more room to run.
Wildcat makes it pretty crowded up at the line of scrimmage.
