Wanted to get a hivemind as we're always looking to improve where we can. So I have a question to ask about our recruiting content, particularly stories we do on recruits and their comments:
Do you prefer stories with quotes or do you prefer a condensed version of our Quick Hits series where I summarize their thoughts in bullet format? Or how about a healthy mix of the two? Obviously, some stories have to be full stories that include full quotes (such as commitment stories, etc.) so we aren't going to axe them completely regardless of what is decided upon.
Curious to hear your thoughts. Would be happy to switch things up or keep things as is. Whatever is easiest for the user experience.
