Is there a way i can cancel subscription then reup in the same month

Dte bent me over today took double the money i attempted to pay them

Therefore until they repay me im going to be stuck and i dont want to let it lapse

So i was thinking if i can cancel then after dte credits my account can i reup with no penalty????
