Ed,
"You have been an OL coach / Run Game Coach at Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Minnesota
By eye test and according to Pro Football Focus All of these programs look like they have stronger OL's than Michigan"

"In your opinion, what is the ingredient that is needed/missing for the Offensive Line at Michigan to be on the level of Ohio State, Notre Dame, Wisconsin?"
Better Talent?
Better S&C?
Better Coaching?
More Time?
What is needed FOR MICHIGAN to have a Top-3 OL in the Big Ten?
To me, as someone who has been a Michigan football fan for well over 40 years, this question seems really odd...and yet totally relevant. This used to be our #1 core competency. We used to have one of the top 10 OL's in the nation year after year.
