Does anyone know the answer to how scholarships can work next year?
Is the 13 scholarship limit "hard" or "soft" ("soft" = "it depends where the >13 comes from).
Said another way, I assume if you didn't have ANY seniors on your roster, everybody can (of course) come back but you still have a limit of 13. But can you go over the limit if you have "covid seniors" who come back for an extra year?
Asking because, and you never know:
Franz may (10-20% chance) come back
Eli Brooks...hey, getting a Masters degree never hurt any body
Chaundee Brown...in his head he was prepared to sit out until next year if his waiver didn't come through.
Would be nice to have somebody, besides Johns and Nunez, on our roster beyond the current freshmen. If I could pick any one (remotely realistic) to come back it might actually be Brooks.
