Of what you think of what the players do or don't do during the national anthem, it was striking to watch MSU players standing all together in a group while Michigan was divided with groups of players doing different things strung across the sideline. The motto "the Team, the Team, the Team" seemed to fit MSU better than us and that (once again) is not because MSU stood (they could have locked arms or kneeled) it was the sight of them all doing the same thing together.
