In a pro offense the most important positions are Qb, Lt, & Rb. We are running an offense where none of the important pieces will be future pros at their position (cole @c/g). Best QBs can audible to a better % play. (We it appears do not have the player or time after breaking huddle to do so.) We play a high % of man free, wish our free player would make a play on pass or at least cheat to help LB. Two words or phrases that seem to be over used or lost their meaning. Meritocracy and "play the players that gives us the best chance to win." also even though our offense is not very good, it will not stop the Colts from throwing big $ at JH shortly.
