The execution on offense was off the charts good. I'm still stunned. Consider the variables:

- New starting quarterback with next to no experience
- 10 month layoff
- 4 new offensive linemen
- Multiple freshmen playing roles
- Road game
- Temps we haven't practiced in yet
- An offense with a wide variety of sets and personnel groupings.

So with that we get the score (should have been mid 50s) and no turnovers those are the obvious.

Go a little deeper in the box score and enjoy how many different players touched the ball.

But beyond the obvious, on a play in and play out basis this calm, precise offense looked like one full of seniors in a climate controlled environment at the end of November playing against Rutgers (snicker). Said another way, I don't even care if Minnesota's D turns out to be awful, I'm still floored.

Yes, concerns on special teams and with run fits on D and personnel on D-line. Different topic for a different day.

The offense though - it was the type of jaw opened in near shock impression that I've hoped to have since the day Harbaugh was hired.

Josh with assistance from Jim, Ed, Sherrone and Jay rolled out a piece of football art Saturday night.
