Obviously this isn't over and there will be movement, but for one side of a division to have this many top 40 classes, I think it's pretty good. Things are not getting any easier that's for sure.

• Michigan # 10
• Michigan State #23
• Maryland #24
• Penn State # 28
• Rutgers # 31
• Indiana (not part of my top 40 at #72)
