Vs how it turned out according to the "experts".
Preseason:
QB was a HUGE question mark and considered a weakness.
Postseason:
Cade was outstanding in running the offense and not turning the ball over, hitting his check downs and throwing the ball away. His last 3 games were stellar.
Preseason:
Oline could be average to solid. A lot of question marks. Barnhart will start over Hayes...Vastardis could be a weakness at center.
Postseason:
Moore Award says it all!
Preseason:
Running back should be a strength.
Postseason:
As optimistic as some were nobody saw thos as room that would rush for 3000 yds but at least they got it right for the most part.
Preseason:
TEs and WRs have a lot of ?. Eric All has the drops...WRS lack separation game no deep threat and they don't play fast on the outside. Poor route running.
Postseason:
All was a stud along with Schoonmaker...blocking was outstanding. WRs did more than enough when it came to big plays. Wilson was ridiculous the last half the season considering he played with a cast on. Blocking was outstanding on the outside. CJ and Sainristal made big catches.
All in all I give the experts a D grade in predicting the season outcomes. Figured if they can give out grades on players and position groups they should get graded on their ability to predict how players will play. They are the "experts".
Thoughts on the defense coming.
